RESERVATION POLICY
We ask you to send your reservations to reservas.casabarichara@gmail.com
This request will be confirmed to the email requested by the agency.
We only confirm reservations by email. Please request it.
We welcome adults and children under 10 years old. Reservations must be made for the total number of guests.
Important:
We are a Sustainable Accommodation
We like to listen to the birds and the silence.
We take care of the wild animals that come to visit us, we do not accept pets.

PAYMENTS AND BILLING
Payment for the reservation must be made 30 days before the arrival date (low and mid season), billing is done upon completion of the reservation.
Reservations during high season must be paid 60 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATIONS:
Please inform us by email at reservas.casabarichara@gmail.com of any changes, modifications or cancellations to your reservation. Low or mid-season reservations can be cancelled up to 30 days before the arrival date free of charge. From this moment on, the reservation becomes final. In case of cancellation or no-show, the fine corresponds to the total value of the reservation.
For high season, cancellations can be made up to 60 days before the arrival date free of charge. From this moment on, the reservation becomes final. In case of cancellation or no-show, the fine corresponds to the total value of the reservation.
